Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and quantify emerging technologies impacting 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech integration
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and societal disruption modeling
- Author quarterly FutureState Briefings distributed to Fortune 500 CTOs and policymakers
- Design and lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for technological singularity events
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other forward-looking industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Sociology preferred
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year technology predictions
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
