Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotechnology, AI governance, and climate tech sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, policy, and design teams
- Produce annual 'FutureState' whitepapers read by global industry leaders
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in emerging tech adoption
- Build foresight models using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting at recognized firms
- Published research on quantum computing or synthetic biology implications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofing implementations
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with blockchain, metaverse, or neurotech ecosystems
