Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for emerging domains including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused insights into corporate planning and product roadmaps
- Present visionary briefings to stakeholders, translating complex future scenarios into compelling business strategies
- Build and manage an international network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning Innovatech as the authority on next-gen innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 or tech unicorn experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
