Responsibilities
- Execute horizon-scanning research across biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Develop predictive market models for 2026 economic and technological shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Author trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build and mentor a global foresight network of industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CET)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
