Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for enterprise risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Present executive-level trend briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech conferences
- Manage cross-functional task forces to prototype future-ready business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published trend reports or strategic frameworks
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or global enterprise environments
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
