- Establish horizon scanning protocols and maintain trend intelligence ecosystem

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenario analyses or trend reports
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
