Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026 technological adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business initiatives
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish thought leadership through keynote presentations and industry whitepapers
- Manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotechnology, or space commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Exceptional data visualization and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
