Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Labs' workshops to prototype 2026 solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Author annual 'Future State' reports predicting socioeconomic impacts of emerging technologies
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment by 2026
- Manage $2M innovation fund for 2026-priority moonshot projects
- Spearboard global sustainability initiatives targeting net-zero tech by 2026
- Build strategic ecosystem partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Executive-level experience with technology ethics committees or governance boards
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized innovations launched within target timelines
- Professional certification in Foresight (CFP) or equivalent preferred
