Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop strategic frameworks for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof business models
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports
- Facilitate innovation workshops with global R&D teams
- Build predictive models for market disruption scenarios
- Represent company at global futurism conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption (3-5 year accuracy)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism/tech journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, CB Insights, proprietary models)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on tech transition strategies
