Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Design strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI integration)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author seminal research papers on future-of-work paradigms and societal transformation
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Establish global network of futurists, technologists, and anthropologists
- Present at Davos-level forums on future economies and human-machine symbiosis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Published author on exponential technologies or future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, spatial web)
- Proven track record of C-level advisory experience in Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategy
