- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, bio-digital convergence, and climate tech innovations
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and policy think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology ethics and governance
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech forums (e.g., CES, Davos)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like SAP Foresight or Gartner TrendScope
