As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and cross-functional teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies. You'll lead horizon scanning, scenario planning, and innovation pipeline development while championing a culture of exponential thinking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for enterprise planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate future-proof solutions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future trends and innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
