Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026-vision technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations through rapid iteration cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for technology adoption and market disruption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and innovation principles
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG 2026 compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with scenario planning and trend analysis
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technology innovations with real-world impact
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
