Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify and validate emerging technologies through 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future trends into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and AI convergence domains
- Design and execute scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using advanced analytics platforms
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations from conceptual phase
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology strategy publications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) strongly preferred
