Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology innovation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech solutions
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D funding through compelling strategic proposals
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and innovation specialists
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 100+ filings by 2027
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ at executive level
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent impact
- Proven track record scaling technologies from lab to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with C-suite/board experience
- History of securing $10M+ R&D investments
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred
