- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets and optimize resource allocation for high-impact projects
- Present to C-suite and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab of 15+ specialists across technical and commercial domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for collaborative R&D
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in innovation leadership, product development, or strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products or platforms
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrated thought leadership (publications, patents, keynotes)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility for $10M+ budgets
