Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term corporate vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI, biotech integration, and carbon-neutral computing
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 8-12 specialists across disciplines
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Drive the commercialization of breakthrough innovations through agile development cycles
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to market launch
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or peer-reviewed research
- Strong portfolio of executed innovation projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodology
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
