- Drive patent development and IP portfolio expansion targeting 2026 market needs
- Lead agile development cycles for prototype-to-production innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and venture capital ecosystem
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy (preferred)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
