Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum computing solutions
- Identify and secure emerging technology partnerships with Fortune 500 and startups
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable tech and human-machine interfaces
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term tech adoption and market disruption
- Mentor talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
