- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuro-interfaces
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with agile resource allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research labs
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor a 12-person multidisciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM)
- Proven track record scaling from prototype to enterprise deployment
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Expertise in emerging tech regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 21434)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
