Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or quantum startups
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record scaling tech from concept to market
- Expertise in agile development and DevOps for emerging tech
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for disruptive tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Public speaking experience at tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
