Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen products/services using foresight methodologies
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Partner with venture teams to evaluate and integrate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed scenarios
- Build an internal innovation ecosystem fostering cross-pollination of ideas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CMI, CPSI) preferred
- Experience building innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
