Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling R&D initiatives to commercial viability
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing >$3M in innovation grants or venture funding
