Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design AI-driven scenario planning models for market volatility and regulatory shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on digital transformation and sustainable innovation
- Manage portfolio of 15+ strategic innovation projects with $2M+ budgets
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work trends and tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Published research on technological disruption or future market trends
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
