Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead ideation workshops for next-generation products in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype minimum viable products for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism journals
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
