- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) required
