Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 5-10 year innovation horizons across quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI ethics
- Lead ideation workshops with C-suite executives and external stakeholders to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies with $100M+ potential impact
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio including venture scouting and M&A target identification
- Present strategic roadmaps to global audiences at industry conferences and board meetings
- Mentor a team of 5-8 futurists and technologists through complex problem-solving frameworks
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to shape policies for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or government grants
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
