Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with company vision and market disruption opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and assess strategic implications
- Design and launch pilot programs for next-gen products/services with $10M+ budget oversight
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping and commercialization of breakthrough innovations
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives and track ROI against industry benchmarks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven insights
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or tech consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching successful products/services with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly desirable
