Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred) with futurist certification
