Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial modeling for innovation investment portfolios
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers)
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
