Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into market-ready innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track implementation progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building diverse innovation teams across global markets
