Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-digital interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to design future-proof business models and competitive strategies
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero 2026 targets
- Curate the annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and strategic partnerships for flagship projects
- Lead ethics and governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (Singularity/TED-style)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/Fast Company
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in 3+ languages with global stakeholder management
