Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Project roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and product teams
- Oversee budget allocation and resource optimization for project milestones
- Implement agile methodologies to maintain project velocity and quality standards
- Stakeholder management across executive leadership and external partners
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for complex technical challenges
- Report on KPIs and deliverables to executive steering committee
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology project leadership, with 5+ years in futuristic tech initiatives
- Proven expertise in scaling complex projects with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Experience leading remote/distributed teams across global markets
