- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Manage $3M R&D budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum machine learning
- Develop IP strategy targeting 50+ patents by 2026
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Quantum Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years in quantum research with 2+ in leadership roles
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processors (D-Wave/Rigetti)
- Security clearance eligibility for government projects
