Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate operations for industrial-scale systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design next-generation quantum processors
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to future computational threats
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
