Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic systems)
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Collaborate with academia and industry partners on quantum algorithm development
- Present technical roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
