Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability, scalable architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Innovation Labs: Lead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to validate feasibility for 2026 adoption.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between engineering and product management.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory requirements for the future digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex transitions and drive operational efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
