Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for 2026 market trends using advanced analytics and machine learning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to map future business landscapes and disruptor scenarios
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify long-term opportunities and risks for $1B+ portfolio decisions
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (Python/R)
- Demonstrated experience translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
