Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for technological adoption and market positioning
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record translating technological trends into business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futurist studies
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
