- Build and curate an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal advocacy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Proven experience translating foresight into C-suite actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
