Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing C-suite audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation projects
