- Design and facilitate immersive scenario-planning workshops for cross-functional stakeholders
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations translating complex futures into executable plans

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate innovation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic planning implementations
