Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for emerging threats/opportunities
- Guide R&D prioritization for 2026 product roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Published research or thought leadership on 2020s technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
