Responsibilities

- Create scenario-planning models for quantum computing adoption and AI ethics frameworks

- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor horizon scanning signals from academic research, venture capital, and global innovation hubs
- Build predictive models for workforce transformation and skill evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work trends or technological singularity implications
- Experience presenting complex foresight concepts to non-technical executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic transformations implemented
