- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present actionable future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and organizational resilience
- Collaborate with global partners to forecast geopolitical and economic impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
