- Present strategic roadmaps to board members and external stakeholders
- Oversee P&L for innovation division with $15M budget
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at executive level
- Proven success scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in securing federal/state innovation grants
- MBA or equivalent in Technology Strategy/Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in sustainability tech
- Experience leading teams of 50+ technical professionals
- Deep network with DOE/NIST and academic research institutions
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks like TRIZ and Stage-Gate
