Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap spanning quantum AI, biotech integration, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and designers to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Identify emerging technologies through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ high-impact innovations annually
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Future Founders program
- Present at premier industry forums (Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt)
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Systems Engineering with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record of shipping transformative products (3+ unicorn-scale innovations)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or carbon capture tech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience in 5-year horizon forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python/C++ and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive solutions deployed at scale
