Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven track record in disruptive product launches
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major industry conferences
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital ecosystem
