Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation systems, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced AI) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to modern, future-ready architectures.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or technology management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong command of data analytics and predictive modeling tools.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
