- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders

- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex market data
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in fast-paced environments
